For privacy and security reasons, drivers may not be able to leave orders unattended or enter secured buildings. Hotel reception desks and workplaces may also have their own rules regarding deliveries.

Receiving Your Order

Please monitor your phone and tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

You must be available at the nominated address to receive your delivery. If the driver cannot contact you or safely complete the delivery, further delivery arrangements may be required.

Any additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect address, missed delivery or inability to access the property may be payable by the customer.
